Ironside started with a simple belief: martial arts shouldn't be intimidating to begin, and it shouldn't get watered down to stay accessible. We built an academy that's serious about technique and genuinely welcoming to the person walking through the door for the very first time.

Our head coaches are decorated competitors who chose to teach. They run a mat where ego stays at the door, where the strongest students lift up the newest, and where every belt and every hard round is earned. Whether you want to get in shape, defend yourself, or step into the cage, you'll be coached like it matters — because to us, it does.
